CAP-21 serves the Central Adirondack towns of Forestport, Webb, Inlet and Long Lake.
Offices are located in Historic Hemmer Cottage at the corner of Park Avenue and South Shore Road on the Pond in Old Forge.

Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am to 3pm, Mondays and Fridays by appointment.
